A Year Later (Tag: Charlotte)

Jack knocks on the door, shivering slightly from the cold. He pulls his jacket closer around his body and glances about.

It had been a year since the town had been cursed, a year of Jack having to follow every order that was given to him, a year Jack would rather have never happened.

But, however, he did make some friends from the experience, which was always a great thing.

Jack knocks on the door again, "Charlotte, you in there?"

Charlotte skipped to the door opening it. She grinned at Jack as she opened the door. She hugged him tight grinning. She absolutely adored Jack.

He was sweet cute and just so hug-able, she loved it. She kissed his check and pulled him into the house.

After last year she wanted to stay in. She invited Jack to come and watch comedy movies with her to keep her company.

Charlotte was dressed in some pajamas. She was wearing a short black night dress with pink lace around the edges. (She hadn't thought of to wear a bra )



Her brother and Jasmine were spending time at Jasmines house, Odette was doing her own thing and Charlotte had made sure to leave Pix at home. She could be such a buzz kill.

She knew that Jack wouldn't do drugs so she had left that up in her room so she could just have fun with her friend.

Jack laughs slightly, allowing himself to be pulled in and hugged. He pulls off his coat, draping it over a chair along with his scarf. He runs a hand through his hair to rid it of whatever snow might have fallen on it.

"So what movie are we watching first?" Jack mused out loud, "Are we aiming for guy-centered comedy or girl-centered comedy or just a mixture of both?" He glances to Charlotte, then blushes slightly as he realizes what she's wearing and then turns, busying himself with smoothing out his coat.

Charlotte grinned and pulled out a pile of movies both types of movies out for him to pic from. It didn't even restart to her that he was blushing. She pulled him over to the couch and pulled him down next to her on the couch. She had popcorn popped in a giant bowl, piles of candies and sweets, and plenty of hot coffee and hot chocolate for them to eat.

She pressed herself against his arm grinning up at him. She couldn't really help herself he was just so cuddly.

In the year, Jack had managed to get used to the physical affection Charlotte loved to give. For some reason, she found him cuddly. Cuddly was the exact opposite of how Jack usually veiwed himself, but he didn't mind. Especially considering that the physical affection that he used to be uncomfortable with was the only way Charlotte could express herself really.

Jack leans forward and grabs the movies, then sits back on the couch. He shuffles through the movies, pulling out a few and hands them to Charlotte, "Choose which one you want to watch first."

He chuckles, grabbing the rock candies and nomming happily on them. "it's been a whole year, huh?"

Charlotte smiled bobbing her head back and forth trying to choose. She tapped her chin finally choosing. She smiled big and grabbed what she wanted.

She skipped up to the DVD player. She bent over putting the movie in before trotting back to the couch where she snuggled into Jacks chest and side resting her head on his shoulder.

Jack leans forward as Charlotte sets the DVD in and swipes a mug of hot cocoa, sipping it slightly to try to heat up his chilled body.

As Charlotte joins him back on the couch, he lifts his arm to make her cuddling a bit more comfortable and sets it back down around her shoulders. He continues to sip the hot cocoa, hiding his red face behind the rim as the movie starts.

Charlotte cuddled closer to Jack. If she was any closer she would have been in his lap. Her legs were curled under her, her arms secured tightly around Jack chest.

She sighed happily as she relaxed into Jack's body.

Jack was so wonderful. He was sweet, handsome, smart. She loved being friends with him. Honestly she would love to be more then that but she knew he would never want to be with someone like her like that. He would never accept her last secret. The drugs.

After the last few months she realized how bad the drugs were for her but she just couldn't stop. And she didn't want to tell anyone that didn't already know.

Jack leans his head on Charlotte's, wrapping his arm around her shoulders. He was starting to really like the cuddles Charlotte would give and probably only Charlotte was allowed to cuddle up to him like this. Jack felt protective over the girl and often felt that he could keep her safe whenever she was in his arms.

As the movie progresses, Jack pulls Charlotte closer unconsciously as he's entranced by the movie, chuckling at pretty much every joke, even if it wasn't funny.

Charlotte sighed happily as Jack pulled her closer. She nuzzled her cheek against his chest as she giggled silently at the movie. Her hands on Jacks side unconsciously began rubbing his side up and down slowly. At one point she accidentally pulled up the bottom of his shirt, letting her nails scrap against his side. Her hands moved back over the shirt as she continued to caress his side.

Jack's eyes widen by a fraction as Charlotte's hands touch his skin and he coughs slightly, glad his entirely beet red face was hidden from Charlotte. He fidgets slightly, crossing his legs and focusing more on the movie and not on how she was still rubbing his side.

Charlotte sighed happily cuddling closer. Her slip shifted up revealing more of her thigh. Her knees settled against Jacks leg.

She really loved being cuddled up to Jack he make her feel so safe.

Jack closes his eyes for a few moments, counting backwards from ten. He takes a deep breath and calms down slightly, getting himself under control.

He gently pulls Charlotte a little bit closer, yawning slightly and focusing on the movie, blinking at one of the characters falling down. He bursts out into laughter, amused by the idiocy of some of the jokes.

Charlotte giggled silently at the scene. She the looked over at Jack as he laughed out loud. She was always so happy when she would see him let go. It told her that he was really comfortable around her and that always made her glad.

Charlotte felt a kind in her neck. She untangled herself from Jack and stood. She stretched her arms high over her head and went up on her tip toes. Her slip road up high on her thighs as she moved her neck from side to side.

She then sat back on the couch. She stretched her legs out over Jacks lap her rear still resting on the couch. She pressed her body back into his side wrapping her arms back around him lovingly as she rested her head back on his shoulder.

Jack adjusts his seating arrangement as Charlotte stands, getting in a bit of a more comfy position. He coughs, blushing as Charlotte rests her legs on his lap and scratches the back of his neck. Well, this is getting interesting, >\\\\<

He drapes his arm back around her shoulders and draws her closer, nudging her head gently with his forehead to get her attention, "Hey, you feeling alright?"

Charlotte looked up at Jack slightly nervously. She hadn't realized how close she was to Jack until right then. She supposed it was because she felt safe being close to him. She was actually really nervous about it being Halloween again.

She shrugged nonchalantly and looked away trying to avoid thinking about it.

Jack tilts his head and sighs, grabbing a notebook and a pen from his nearby backpack. He hands it to Charlotte and looks at her gently, "Are you sure everything's alright?"

Charlotte sighed looking at the piece of paper. She didn't have to say anything, it was one of the few perks of being mute, but she didn't want to hide anything from Jack not when he would ask her out right like this.

She took the pen and paper and began to write.

Just a bit freaked out about it being Halloween again is all.

She handed him the paper back and then cuddled up against him again.

Jack glances over the paper and nods silently, then draws her into a tight hug. "Don't worry, I'll stop anything from happening to you. It'll all be okay."

Charlotte hugged back tightly. She glanced up gazing into Jack's eyes. She sighed happily. She leaned forward and pressed her lips to the side of his mouth gently. She held him close and cuddled up to him again.

Jack freezes as Charlotte kisses him and stares surprised at her. He blushes bright red and coughs slightly, That was definitely unexpected.....but not unpleasant

He debates for a moment before just deciding, to heck with logic.

Jack gently sets a hand on the side of Charlotte's face, directing her to look at him as he presses his lips gently against hers before pulling back and watching her curiously.

(It's ok things happen. I'm just glad you're back. )

Charlotte's eyes widened and her checks became dusted with pink. Contrary to her reputation she didn't have that much experience. In fact the only guy she had kissed before this was when she had gone a little crazy and kissed Thrax.

This time Charlotte felt something never before. A tingle that shot straight down her spine. She wanted to feel that again.

Charlotte locked her eyes with Jack. She had a curious look on her face. She sat up straight on her knees making herself just a tiny bit taller then him. She then leaned in slowly. Her eyes closed as she pressed her lips to him slowly giving Jack the longest, sweetest, most passionate kiss that she could. Her tounge stayed in her mouth, not knowing for sure how to use it or even if it was appropriate at this point. One of her hands rested on his cheek while the other went up and began stroking his hair. Charlotte had always loved Jacks hair and now after a year she finally got to touch it. It was even softer then she had imagined.

Jack's hand slowly goes behind her neck, leaning into the kiss. He smiles slightly, kissing her back gently and running the hand that wasn't occupied with her neck through her hair.

He gently presses into the kiss then pulls away, opening his eyes and smiling softly at Charlotte. He tucks a strand of hair behind her hear and leans his forehead on hers, chuckling softly.

Charlotte sighed happily. She blushed as she looked into Jacks eye hoping she hadn't done anything wrong to cause his laugh.

Charlotte blushed as she had an idea. She shifted her body so she was now straddling Jacks waist. She continued stroking his hair and blushed even harder worried she may have gone too far.
