Curse: Since the 'bats' attacked him, any person or thing JR touches is lit in flames and that even includes himself. Only when he is experiencing extreme terror and anger would the flaming touch be void.

Personality: John tries to be independent but trying and being are definitely not the same. Rolfe is known to be an easy-going, happy-go-lucky jokester who has a hard time giving people their personal space. He hardly ever gets mad or sad and hasn't had much of a reason to be scared. Until now...

History: When he was a baby, John was adopted into a wealthy family who lived not far from Lincoln. He didn't protest their ways and rules until his 16th birthday when he found out that he was adopted and his birth parents had lived in Lincoln. He pleaded to go visit them and got his wish. Upon his arriving to Lincoln, John learned that his birth parents no longer lived there. But that didn't deter him. With the money his wealthy adopted parents stored away for him, he bought the house they (his birth parents) used to own and, with the help of his best friend's parents, enrolled in the local high school. He continued to visit his adopted family (mainly to get money) and decided to keep the fact that his birth parents were no longer living in Lincoln a secret so he could remain in Lincoln.
